  • Do I need a reservation?

    Yes. We are locally owned and operated, but our booking happens online. As much as we’d love to talk to everyone & set up reservations for you, we are giving you the tools to manage your tee time on your time with our booking software.


  • Do I need to be a Member?

    No, but if we reach maximum membership capacity, availability will be limited. Members can book further in advance, can save money, & are some of our favorite people. Learn more about memberships here

  • I am thinking about becoming a Member, but worried all the time slots will be taken!

    Have no fear! We have 2 bays & a limit on Memberships to ensure Members are able to find multiple times that work.


    If we hit Membership capacity Non-Member Booking will be paused.


    We look forward to having a community of Members & providing you with the ideal place to golf all year.

  • What policies are there?

    Just be considerate. If you’re considerate of the equipment, your time, other's time, & the space you’re playing in- you’re going to have a great time and you will always be welcomed at Swing House. 


    Aside from that, check out the T&C and follow posted signs in the facility.

  • Bring your own food & beverage policy?

    We are a bring your own food & beverage establishment. (You probably wouldn't want our cooking anyway)


    We provide a mini fridge with some water in each bay, but there is plenty of room to store your beverages.


    Just remember don't leave your items in the fridge when you leave!


    For liability reasons, alcohol & drugs are not allowed on premsie.

  • Do you provide golf balls? Can I bring my own?

    Use our balls, don’t take our balls. Outside balls can be dirty, we don’t know where your balls have been & we want a clean screen for everyone to enjoy.

  • Is there any staff?

    We are operating a self-service facility, but you might see us around & if you need any help you can always reach out!

  • Who is responsible for cleaning the space when I'm done?

    Ever been camping? There is a simple rule of leaving no trace. We want you & the next person to walk into a clean space. Ensure the fridge is empty, garbage is taken with, & you don't forget your personal belongings. There is a $100 cleaning fee in the event a room is found to have been left in a mess.

  • What if I experience a problem?

    All of our rooms include a guide with troubleshooting/possible solutions. If your problem remains unsolved, hit us up at 320-460-2588 or TheGuys@SwingHouseGolf.com. We will do what we can to get you taken care of!

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Members: We’re sorry you’re unable to join us! Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance!


    “No Shows” are subject to paying the hourly non-member rate of the reservation. We want to ensure Members who would use the bay have access to do so. Thank you!


    Non-Members: We’re sorry you’re unable to join us! We request all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same day cancellations can result in a partial refund.

  • Why the cameras and door code?

    You’ll notice we have cameras recording video & audio in the hallway, each bay, & in the parking lot. These are necessary precautions with this style of business. However, we aren’t fans of big brother. Video footage will only be reviewed in the event of an incident, to ensure safety, policy compliance, & tournament footage.


  • I lost something. What do I do?

    If you quickly realize you forgot a personal item, you should be able to use your code to get back in. If your access code has expired before you realize you forgot an item, you have some options


    • If you’re a member, use an active reservation to pop back in & cancel it after you retrieve your item.
    • Contact us & we can coordinate a pick up.
    • Hang tight until your next booking. We have a lost & found shelf outside the restroom.

    If you find someone else's things, follow the golden rule & drop it off at the lost & found.


    As much as we empathize with the unfortunate feeling of losing an item & will do what we can to help, Swing House & the owners are not liable for your lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
